Das WLAN-Komplott ist ein Thriller der dem Zuschauer auf spannende Weise verdeutlicht, wie durch Missbrauch moderne Technik genutzt wird, um die Erde vor dem Untergang zu bewahren. Die Geschichte folgt einer Gruppe von Freunden, welche einer Verschwörung aus radikalen Umweltschützern und einem IT-Mogul auf die Spur kommt. Das sogenannte WLAN-Komplott sendet gezielt tödliche Strahlen über WLAN-Router aus, um die Erde vor dem Untergang zu bewahren – doch die Mächte dahinter stellen eine nie dagewesene Gefahr für die Menschheit dar!

Dank seines neuen Talentes nimmt er Angebote an, um für den Nationalen Geheimdienst und eine zwielichtige politische Partei zu arbeiten, nur um dann festzustellen, dass seine Fähigkeiten für gefährliche Zwecke eingesetzt werden. Von seinem Vater betrogen, gewinnt er die Unterstützung einer desillusionierten Politikerin und seiner Mutter, um sich gegen seine mächtigen Arbeitgeber zur Wehr zu setzen!

In der Folge muss er ein inkognito Leben als Geschäftsmann führen und vor versteckter Kameras verschiedene Herausforderungen meistern. Überfordert von seiner neuen Rolle und am Rande des persönlichen Desasters, schlägt er mit Stil zurück und führt die moderne Unterhaltungswelt ad absurdum!

Um seinen und den Luxuslebensstil seiner Freunde weiterhin finanzieren zu können, benötigt er dringenderes Geld. Seine Großmutter scheint die richtige Person für dieses Problem zu sein – leider ist ihr die Perspektive, den jungen Loser und seine dekadente Clique zu unterstützen, ein Dorn im Auge. Dieses Generationendilemma führt zu perfiden Plänen des verzweifelten Miami, der bereit ist, alle notwendigen Mittel anzuwenden – genau wie seine Großmutter!

Berlin, Germany – Other Side Images GmbH, an independent film production company based in Germany, and Resonant Blue Studios, a cutting-edge studio based in Australia focused on innovative storytelling, are thrilled to announce their new partnership. The two companies will be working together to bring „The WIFI Conspiracy,“ a thought-provoking and entertaining film, to market in 2023.

The two CEOs met serendipitously at the American Film Market (AFM) in late 2022, and immediately knew that they had a shared vision for the future of filmmaking.
